TNL156 Salt Mist Tester

Salt mist tester is specialized to test the performance of the products for its surfaces of various materials after treatment of corrosive protection by means of coating, plating, organic and inorganic coating, anode processing and rust-proof oil, etc.

Chamber Materials:

- Chamber is made of light grey PVC plate with thickness 5mm and durable up to 85^oC.  Around the 3D edges are surrounded by plates with thickness 10mm to make the structure more solid.

- Chamber cover uses transparent acrylic board with thickness 5mm.  Both inside and outside the double-edges are thicker, 15mm in thickness, to avoid the distortion under long-term high temperature situation generated due to distortion.

- Hidden test-reagent refill bottle is easy for cleaning and operation.

- The air pressure tank is made of SUS#304 stainless steel which has excellent property to maintain the temperature.

- The angle of the slotted sample rack can be adjusted arbitrarily.  We can put a large number of test samples on the rack under stable environment surrounded by uniform fog so as to get accurate result.
