Button & Snap Test Kit -- Portable Type
The measurement of stress, stain and the breaking strength of button/snap fasteners are important factors especially in the design of garments. The reason for the test is due to quality and safety regulations.
Significance & Use:
Quality Control in the garment, thus preventing lose buttons in final products from entering the market. It provides the basis for the most simplified test unit which utilizes a "IMADA" Push/Pull Scale in conjunction to three Grips device.
Mainly Consisting of:
i) IMADA Pull/Push Scale Model FB-30K: Capacity : 0 - 30 kg, resolution 250g. Display the reading of pulling force & record the breaking force

ii) Three Pronged Grip: Application: Plastic Buttons / Snaps. Advantage : design for Snaps Clamping.

iii) Vise Grip: Application : Metal Buttons / Rivets / Tassels / Pompoms / Trims
